With our partners ATC Events, we ran the #MasterPlan2014 Strategic Workforce Planning conference in Melbourne, Australia and Wellington, New Zealand. The conference was created to educate Australian and New Zealand audiences on the new requirements for workforce strategy in the context of a dynamic and ever-changing world.
The environment that we are in today requires strategic foresight and a connection between organisational strategy and workforce strategy if our organisations are to survive and thrive. In this environment, we need to incorporate quantitative, qualitative, and futuring aspects into our workforce strategies.
