These courses incorporate workforce analytics and research tailored to your organisation and industry, and discuss the specific issues relevant to your organisation.  We work through the methodology with your organisation in mind.  The outcome of this 2-day workshop is a Strategic Workforce Plan for a key (pivotal) role in your organisation, with templates and a framework to enable you to continue rolling out a Strategic Workforce Planning program throughout your organisation. To ensure maximum value for all participants, we recommend these sessions are limited to no more than 12 people which may include business unit leaders.
